Flatness Measurement

Documentation is the key for every kind of quality management systems. Shapeline company is building the equipment for measuring the flatness of plates and strips.

A line-laser is covering 100% of the surface and measuring the width of the plate while moving on a belt. The immediate indication of the measuring results shows any deviation to specifications. In case a re-levelling is needed. Vice-versa, not necessary levelling steps can be saved.

All measuring results are stored for documentation and further evaluation.
